Well, first of all I have to say it makes a nice change to have a reasoned discussion with someone who actually understands what they are talking about around here. But, of course, that doesn't mean that I agree with your conclusions, above. I don't; but I also don't have time right now to get into it, so I'll try to come back later and answer with the points you've made.
A quick word about gravity. The question you asked was whether I could name an unexplained force that was accepted by scientists. Whether it is a "paranormal" force depends on how you interpret the word "paranormal", of course. The point I was making was that there are forces and phenomena which are accepted in the absence of explanations to account for them. I don't accept your statement that gravity can be theoretically explained.
Gravity can be theoretically explained (to a reasonable degree), reliably detected, and quantified. Psychic phenomena don't stack up.

You're making a distinction here between gravity and psychic phenomena. I would suggest that gravity is every bit as mysterious as telepathy, precognition or any other psychic phenomenon (incidentally, Newton thought so, too). So what you're really arguing is that gravity is more commonplace than phenomena that would normally be categorized as "psychic" or "paranormal".

    Must fly..
