"If evolution (the process of natural selection and the transmutation of one animal species into another) were true, forms of transitional life would be easily found. (haven't I said this before?) Many years have passed since Darwin purported his famous theory of evolution and no evidence of transitional forms has ever been found."
Standard argument. Please see this, this, and this.
Where are the 3, 4, and 6 eyed creatures with whom the great but ignorant God of evolution was experimenting until it discovered that 2 eyes were best?
who said 2 was best? best for what? insects have compound eyes and spiders have eight eyes.
Likewise the 1, 3 and 4-eared bunnies, the 1 legged baboon...and the list would go on into eternity if evolution were true.
um, no. one legged babboons would have to evolve from one-legged primates, and those would have had to evolve from one-legged prosimians, etc etc etc. all it takes is a for very early life to eliminate the one-legged creatures because they can't move well, and those genes are gone.
And, this is not even considering the multitudes of transitional life forms like half reptile and half bird, etc.
Can you say "Archaeopterix"?
Wouldn't we STILL BE evolving? Why aren't we?
We are. How do you know we aren't? Evolution takes a LONG time. How egocentric of us to think it must happen within our lifetimes for it to be real.
Are we and every other form of life perfect now so evolution is done?
Of course not, where the hell did you get that idea?
If it started...isn't it safe to say it would not have stopped?
yes.
Wouldn't we see thee things clearly...why would we have to search for them?
Fossils don't just appear out of nowhere. Specific conditions and processes are needed for their formation, and then we have to look for them. Unless you have x-ray vision and can see through all the rocks.
I KNEW I didn't come from a monkey..I just KNEW it!! LOL
Tricia :))
So where DID you come from? dirt?
And if you're interested in the evolution of plants, see this.
Did you know that plants have DNA too?
